In this policy “Publisher” refers to any third party that downloads, implements or makes use of our Platform and/or the Services.

Information Poloriz collects from our Services
Using the Services, we may collect information automatically from the End users and information given to us by the “Publisher” employees.
Information Poloriz Collects from End Users
Poloriz uses the Platform and/or Services to collect information regarding End Users’ activities and operations that interact with the Platform or that interact with any content that may be available through the Platform. The purpose of this information is to evaluate the quality of our products and Services and to enhance the experience on our platform.
Such information includes Session ID, browser type, mobile or desktop, referrer, user language and feedback provided by the End User to any interactive content unit made available with the Platform. Such information may qualify as Personal Information in some End Users’ jurisdictions, however, we do not make any use of such data to directly identify individuals or to associate it with individuals.
Information Poloriz collects from Publishers
Publishers who have enrolled in Poloriz’s management system and created a user account by providing certain data, such as email address, user name and certain other information that may be provided from Publisher to Poloriz, for purposes of administering the Services and to improve the experience of the Poloriz Services. For each Publisher, Poloriz will create a unique user ID, Where this data is attributable to a certain Publisher Employee, this may also qualify Personal Information that is collected by Poloriz.
How Poloriz Protects Information
Meeting the generally accepted industry standards, Poloriz follows applicable laws to protect the Personal Information submitted to Poloriz by implementing suitable organizational and technical protection measures, both during transmission and once Poloriz receives it. Continuously updating and adjusting these measures in accordance with current industry standards. Note: No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while Poloriz seeks to use commercially acceptable means to shield Personal Information, Poloriz cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Use of End User’s Personal Information:
Poloriz may use the information concerning End Users and their interaction with the Platform to analyze and aggregate statistical information across a variety of mobile applications and End Users (“Statistical Information”). Statistical Information provides insights to better understand trends and customer needs so that new products and services can be considered and so existing products and services can be improved and tailored to customer desires. Statistical Information is anonymous and does not, in and of itself, identify any specific End-user or customer of Poloriz.
We use anonymous, statistical or aggregated information and may share it with our partners for legitimate business purposes. It has no effect on privacy because there is no reasonable way to extract data from the aggregated information that can be associated with an individual user.

Upon written request by User Poloriz will make all commercially reasonable efforts to delete any information provided to it, unless required otherwise for further execution of an agreement with a Customer or required by applicable laws. Poloriz cannot restore information that it has deleted.

Poloriz may update this Privacy Policy from time to time – we encourage you to reexamine it periodically. We reserve the right to modify this policy.
